A bit about this week's guest

Deb graduated from Deakin University in 1980 with a bachelor of education.

In 1989 Deb joined a small catering company called truffleduck and continued to work there whilst on family leave from the education department.

In 2003 Deb moved into a managerial role, with a goal to grow truffleduck the catering company, into a more sustainable business model.

In 2008 She completed an advanced diploma of business management and is about to start he 29th year in the business.

Deb thrives on the challenges associated with the hospitality industry and is constantly looking for ways to exceed the customers expectation.

She loves her family, good food and wine and  keeping fit
